1- Parties
This Passenger Transportation and Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between İSP TRANSFER VE YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş., located at [Please insert your current address], (hereinafter referred to as “İSP Transfer”) and the passenger who makes a reservation or for whom a reservation is made through www.isptransfer.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Passenger”).
Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, İSP Transfer and the Passenger are each individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
2- Subject
This Agreement sets forth the terms for the provision of airport transfer services within Turkey, ensuring the Passenger’s transportation between the specified airport and address (or vice versa) by İSP Transfer, and the payment of the relevant service fee under the conditions outlined below.
3- Service and Payment Information
3.1. The total price of the service, including VAT, is specified at the time of reservation.
3.2. The Passenger accepts and authorizes İSP Transfer to collect the full fee for this service via the credit card entered on the payment page.
3.3. The invoice for the purchased service will be issued within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided it does not extend into the next month, as per Turkish Tax Procedure Law.

4- General Provisions
4.1. The Passenger is obliged to comply with all relevant laws and regulations, especially the Turkish Highway Traffic Law. Wearing a seat belt and following safety rules inside the vehicle is mandatory.
4.2. When the transfer service is purchased by credit or debit card, the Passenger is deemed to have accepted all terms of the Service Agreement.
4.3. To benefit from the transfer service, the Passenger must make a reservation at least 2 hours prior to the transfer time. On official holidays and New Year’s Day, this period is at least 24 hours. Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the transfer time for a full refund; cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
4.4. The Passenger cannot change the specified route or request to stop at a different location. Additional points in VIP transfers are subject to an extra fee.
4.5. İSP Transfer is responsible for providing a properly maintained, insured vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and baggage declared during reservation. Periodic maintenance, mandatory equipment, and personal accident insurance are available in all vehicles. İSP Transfer is only liable for mandatory legal obligations in the event of any accident or material loss during the transfer.
4.6. Passengers or baggage exceeding the declared number cannot be accepted. If the transfer is canceled due to excess, no refund will be made.
4.7. The Passenger must provide identification and reservation information to the vehicle staff when requested. If the cardholder and passenger differ, İSP Transfer may require additional authorization.
4.8. İSP Transfer is not responsible for any loss or damage to belongings left in the vehicle. If an item is found, the Passenger is responsible for collecting it from the specified address, or it can be delivered for an additional fee upon request.
4.9. Large items such as sacks, boxes, or crates are not accepted as luggage. Each passenger is allowed one handbag (max 8 kg) and one suitcase (max 32 kg). Flammable, explosive, illegal, or dangerous materials are strictly prohibited. If such items are detected, they will not be accepted, authorities will be notified, and the Passenger remains responsible for any consequences.
4.10. Pet transfers are only accepted if declared at the time of reservation and carried in a secure cage. Only cats, dogs, and small birds are allowed; cage dimensions must not exceed 23x40x55 cm.
4.11. Reservation and transfer notifications are sent via email and/or SMS. The Passenger is responsible for providing accurate contact details; İSP Transfer is not liable for missed notifications due to incorrect information.
4.12. Except for extraordinary circumstances, the vehicle will be at the transfer point at the scheduled time. Delays of up to 20 minutes are considered reasonable. In locations such as residential sites where entry may be delayed, İSP Transfer is not liable for delays. The Passenger must be ready with luggage at the scheduled transfer time; the vehicle will wait a maximum of 5 minutes. No refund will be given if the Passenger is not present and does not board.
4.13. In case of delays exceeding 2 hours or significant disruptions, İSP Transfer is not obliged to wait at the airport. Transfers will be rescheduled at a suitable time if possible.
4.14. Agreements and campaigns with partner companies apply. If a vehicle cannot be provided due to a fault of İSP Transfer, an alternative vehicle will be sent or the fee will be refunded. For missed flights due to service failure, compensation is limited to the transfer fee up to a maximum of 400 TL.
4.15. Drivers are not required to accompany passengers beyond the vehicle.
4.16. Passengers under 18 cannot be transferred without an accompanying adult.
4.17. Disabled passengers or those requiring a wheelchair must declare this at the time of reservation; otherwise, İSP Transfer is not responsible for any issues or delays.
4.18. For payments made with non-Turkish bank cards, additional fees may be charged by the issuing bank; passengers must check with their own bank for details.
4.19. Passengers with health conditions must provide a doctor’s report (issued within 20 days before transfer) stating that travel is not contraindicated.
4.20. Due to operational reasons, your vehicle may be delayed by 10–20 minutes at the airport and up to 15 minutes at other addresses.
4.21. Wearing a seat belt is mandatory in the vehicle. Passengers who do not comply may be warned or have their trip terminated; any damage or loss resulting from non-compliance is the sole responsibility of the Passenger.
4.22. For security reasons, in-car video recording may occur. Recordings are stored only on the vehicle and the main server and are not shared with third parties. Recordings are kept for 9 days. By boarding the vehicle, the Passenger is deemed to have accepted this policy.
5- CANCELLATION & REFUND TERMS
5.1. Cancellations made outside the specified periods and conditions in this Agreement are non-refundable.
5.2. Reservations can be canceled or modified using the REF code and identification details through the isptransfer.com website, app, or call center.
İSP Transfer may unilaterally cancel the reservation in cases of force majeure, natural disaster, or accidents. If not at fault, no refund will be made.
5.3. For shared or VIP transfers, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer time or in the event of a no-show are non-refundable.
5.4. Promotional or discounted products are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Any commissions, fees, or expenses imposed by banks or authorities on credit card refunds will be deducted from the refund amount paid to the Passenger.
5.5. For installment payments, refunds will be made in installments to the same card.
If the reservation is canceled by İSP Transfer for any reason, the Passenger will be notified as soon as possible.
5.6. If the Passenger fails to comply with the obligations in this Agreement, or if the reservation is canceled or the service is not received due to the Passenger’s fault or negligence, İSP Transfer assumes no liability. İSP Transfer reserves all legal rights, including collection of the service fee.
5.7. In case of suspicious transactions, İSP Transfer may withhold payment until approval is obtained. If suspicion is confirmed, no payment will be made.
5.8. Refunds accepted by the bank are generally reflected on the credit card within 2–7 business days. If a refund cannot be made to the card, it will be completed via wire transfer/EFT. The time required for refunds may vary based on required procedures.
5.9. Any costs, commissions, or fees resulting from card refunds will be deducted from the amount refunded to the Passenger.
5.10. Basic rules for transfers with İSP Transfer: No consumption of alcohol or drugs in the vehicle, avoid distracting the driver, refrain from loud talking, respect the rights of other passengers, no eating during travel, avoid actions that may endanger safety, and always wear a seat belt.
5.11. The Passenger may not assign any rights or receivables arising from this Agreement to third parties.
5.12. This Agreement is subject to Turkish Law. In the event of any dispute, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
